Virtual Communication Specialists Employee

"The culture at VCS is horrible. The owner/CEO only cares about his own pocket and if breaking employees and labor laws gets him the bottom line, that is fine by him."

"I went into my employment with Virtual on a temp basis, expecting to be hired on full-time after 90-days. A big project came up, for which I volunteered, contingent on my being hired on full-time. This did not happen. The project involved imaging and delivery of approximately 260 desktop and laptop computers, and the client had very limited resources, which made for conflicts between myself and the client. As a result, I was laid off at the end of the project. Still, not a bad place to work."
