"What makes it for me at this company are the people. Being a smaller company with a larger overseas parent company, I get the feel of a start-up team with large-company benefits. Nonetheless, every company has areas that they can approve of. One thing I believe that the company could work on is transparency. There has definitely been talking on compensation being a little better. Having transparency and clear tiers on the experience level of people and compensation would definitely help this. Overall, however, Vincit is a great company!"
