"Great International company based in Paris. Not so great to work for in the US. Has an "everyone can be replaced" attitude. Absolutely no type of HR department. Only HR in Paris and they never respond. Pay is terrible for anyone other than the main players who get absolutely everything paid for, from hotels, to first class flights, cars, meals and even massages. Unprofessional behavior is not taken seriously so not even worth trying to get HR to validate any problems you may have. I would warn anyone right out of college to find somewhere else to get your experience and references. My supervisors were wonderful but actually had no authority to approve anything. Every request and expense other than for the managers had to go through Paris. They work all of their apprentices ridiculous hours. Some actually slept there instead of heading home. I would have to say at least 70 hrs a week. No compensation for overtime."
