"I was initially brought on to be part of a team who were developing interesting software that went along with several pieces of hardware being manufactured in-house. After a business decision to sell off that portion of the company, I was transferred over to a different team and department and asked to work on something completely different. After that there didn't seem to be any growth in my role at the company, which is unfortunate given the company culture was such a great fit."
