"I just recently opened Viewhouse in Colorado Springs. Before, I was commuting to the Viewhouse in Denver. They are the biggest bars in Colorado and bring in about $350,000 in sales every single week. It's a very fast paced environment that requires a ton of guest interaction, and resolving conflict.I do a lot of money handling, as well as handling finances, when opening and closing the restaurant.
