"The company does not invest in it's employees. The current managers are inexperienced and unprofessional. They do not look for good employees that work hard, only those they can become buddies with. Management finds ways to oust anyone they suspect is not 100% loyal to the company and their paranoia shows. They do not train and they lack the leadership to do so. Have a high turnover rate because of this and several employees leaving because they use but do not compensate. Below average in pay."
