"As far as ground assembly goes, there is a dramatic fluctuation in work load. Warehouse employees are sub par. Materials don't get delivered where they should, or when they should. Middle management could be better. Not a great amount of communication. When I showed up for my interview, the interviewer didn't know what job I was there for, but he assumed it was to be a climber, which was not either of the 2 jobs I applied to. I also, despite being told a certain amount an hour as ground assembly, was doable, did not get that amount an hour. I'd avoid this company if you can. It's tolerable, but not by much."
"The company has always been in a high growth mode. As such, it has been exciting continually looking for new sites. Unfortunately, the forecast for upgrading to LTE will leave fewer funds for site acquisition."

"Nothing. It was the worst ,most disorganized un- professional company I have ever been associated with."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Look elsewhere. There are much better opportunities out there if you have the Talent and Know How. In my opinion, this is the end of the line if you are looking to transition out of the Wireless Industry for ever."
What don't you like about working at Viaero Wireless?
"Part Time Management that was employed full time. They had or still have Executive staff that would fly between Texas and Colorado because they refused to take permanent positions with the company. This is a very destructive way to operate a business especially if the Company is paying for it. Not to mention it is extremely difficult to get your daily work done when you are relying on someone who is 1000 miles away form the action."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop The Nepotisim within your organization. It might make people fell a lot more comfortable and a lot less like an outsider when they come to work."
