"No policies, no procedures. Vice President does not believe in them. Employees are not sure what they need to follow, how to follow it without written guidelines."

"When a potential employee is interviewing with them, to be honest and not mislead the candidate in regards to expectations of position, not to mislead in reason they would like to have you as an employee."
