"I enjoyed interacting with the students and the opportunity to utilize many of my skills. I also enjoyed the flexibility in the way I was able to conduct my classes."

"I don't feel there is any advice to give, it is truly a sink or swim environment."

What don't you like about working at Bel-Rea Institute?

"I didn't like the lack of administrative support and the constant bending of rules, just to keep retention rates high."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I feel the management needs to follow the rules and back the decisions made by the educators when protocol is followed."
