"Just be open and honest with an attitude towards improving the company and working with your teams."

What don't you like about working at Vesuvius?

"An apparent 'ageism' is present. As a young 30 something is it very difficult to move up in the company even if my record and education normally would be mean a promotion, they have given it to older applicants with less direct experience."
