"Listen to the customers and to the workers.Spend more time at the manufacturing facilities to get a better understanding of the culture and the processIf a process is broken, fix it! Don't take so much time in meetings discussing it but not acting on it."

"The management was uneven. My direct managers were fantastic, giving me the inspired leadership that I needed, while senior management mishandled clients and the staff, causing the company to lose money and force the closing of the office in the months following economic crash after September 11th."

"No longer there. The Senior Management team consisted of High school graduates pretending to be professionals. I was actually criticized for using words that the GM called too big."
