"The company is far more concerned with keeping up appearances to their clients than they are to being truthful them, or caring for their employees. With 14 days off total, emergencies, be they weather or health related, can leave you with little to no vacation time at all during the year. A state of emergency is not even enough to cause the company to close, and while the upper management will allow themselves to work from home they penalize any employee that is unable to get themselves into work. They pride themselves on efficiency, but rarely deliver. Many times it feels that the pressures of the company drive the employees into a stress-filled environment where you feel as though you have to walk on egg shells, or face being reprimanded. They ask for your opinion, but will shut you down if it doesn't fulfill their cookie cutter, robotic system. I wanted so much more from this company, and feel myself disappointed that I have spent so much of my time there already. Please, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The measly starting wage will begin to wear on you. Especially after you find out that you'll make (at max) only an additional $.30-$.40 (that is cents, mind you) per hour, a year."
