"Do not feel accomplished and it is very hard to get results. They are always asking for unreasonable deadlines and not happy when you tell them the timeframe is too short. Too many responsibilities, not enough workers. Not willing to spend money to get the job done properly."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Give more time for people to get their job done properly and add people to the headcount. Don't be afraid to accept that something wasn't the best decision. Be willing to admit to your own mistakes."
