"I worked for 2 years at Laser Quest, and generally enjoyed my time here. The atmosphere is fun and supportive, and management seems to fully have your best interests in mind. The work itself does become monotonous after awhile, but the benefits more than make up for it."
"I have worked for Laser Quest for several years. While the environment and people you work with are great at times, the overall work environment is very poor. The company lags behind in many areas and refuses to evolve. Staff and management development is very basic and does not provide enough opportunities for growth. The compensation is good for what you do, but the hours are often unbearable. I work 45+ hours per week, while my direct supervisor works 25-30 hours per week."
