"I've worked for Verizon Enterprise Solutions for the last year and I find the employees very supportive and willing to help when needed. My only challenge I have working here is many of the processes are old and outdated which makes it challenging for clients to do business with the company."

"I've worked for Verizon for the last 8 years as a Service Delivery Manager on a large Managed Service Account in the healthcare industry. I find the environment to be excessively bureaucratic, with the only consistent corporate focus being on revenue generation and profit margin... along with a bi-annual RIF exercise. Employee laptops no longer have a refresh schedule, providing one example of how the corporate values are trending away from technical enablement and empowerment opportunities that are more often found in forward looking innovative companies. It's becoming commonplace for equipment failure (wink) to be the only way for long term employees to obtain current technology, even when supporting managed service customers on a daily basis. Sad to watch this great company slipping out of a leadership role because the focus has shifted away from employee empowerment."

"This was a project for Kaiser Permanente. Both the Verizon team and the Kaiser team were less than controlled chaos. The standards were low and it was tough to actually get the work done to a high standard."

"I've worked for Verizon for the past 28 years through mergers and acquisitions all in a sales capacity. Although there were lots of changes and challenges along the way Verizon was a very good Company to work for and always did right by me. I was given plenty of opportunities within the Company and I learned a lot there while meeting some truly talented people. Good pay for performance and great benefits for the family."
