"Veritone is a confused company that doesn't quite know what it wants to be. While the actual working environment wasn't bad, frequent and abrupt changes in direction made it difficult to properly focus on and complete projects to my satisfaction."
"As a startup, they only offer stock options (no IP sharing). And those options will only mature after three years. Their churn and burn rate guarantees that you will not see those options, ever. Which is unfortunate; the technologies they are using are interesting. The IP that could be introduced would make the platform vastly better. But since anything you create for them belongs to them; there is limited investment by the developers to create anything truly useful."
