"Project the facts, be honest and let your numbers do the talking. Relax and be yourself. Your skills and personality make the sale."

What don't you like about working at Veris Industries?

"My manager. The director of sales has a saying, People dont leave their jobs, they leave their managers. In this case that is absolutely true."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get rid of the dead weight, no matter how much knowledge he or she has, and support those who are performing."
