"The management style is Autocratic and the organizational structure is disfunctional."

"Allow the Regional Offices to run under their own leadership in compliance with the company policies."

"I didn't like anything about working at Verify except when the people from corporate came to town for a visit."

What don't you like about working at Verify?

"Everything. Some of the staff were great people but most were not. The morale and camaraderie of the Texas branch needed a major overhaul. It made for a very uncomfortable work environment. And the Branch manager did not have good personnel practices, bringing in an under-qualified, unprofessional office manager to get rid of good employees because he couldn't."

"Get rid of the Branch manager in Texas."
