What don't you like about working at Vericept?
"Watching the Waltham, MA (new HQ) suck the life out of the Denver (founding) office. None of the people I worked with in Denver are still with the company.Layoff was very east-coast in style. everyone sent home at 3 PM with a number to call at 7 PM. At 7 PM the CFO read us a 3 sentence message and hung up without so much as a good-bye. Individually escorted in by temp security guard to pick up our stuff and do outprocessing paperwork a few days later. Two weeks after that, they announced a large mezzanine financing round. They hired several new QA guys away from other companies and laid them all off within 4 months. QA turnover was about 100% in the last year due to bad management/workload."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop trying to sell the company and start building it instead."
