As they grow they are hiring new people and some of these new people do not mesh well with clients and the Verdex Executive Team vision. This causes issues and situations for project management teams during construction projects. Also, the executive team, ownership, your immediate supervisor and you and not always on the same page as a lack of communication is evident."
