"Know that although solid waste is a necessary part of our lives, you may alientate people you know when they find out who/where you work for. This landfill was a highly contested site and the company did not necessarily make a lot of friend in the community with past litigation."

"Being laid off, I was assured when I took this job that this industry was recession proof and layoffs never happened."
