"It's a small company, so there is a bit of an insider's club, when you join and feel like you either want in or you definitely don't. It's possible to do well here, but not be rewarded in the traditional sense, eg monetary compensation. Instead, you'll be gifted with experiences, a lot you may not personally care for (think team dinners). If you're a young 20-something, you're moldable, and you'll get a good work experience from this, and possibly come out stronger. There's just very little growth, in terms of raises, but finding yourself in management? Quite doable, if you are decent at your job, and have a lack of other competition. Unfortunately, there isn't much after management, there may be other titles, and new responsibilities, but no new compensation is ever offered. You're expected to be the best, but don't expect to be rewarded how you'd like, even when you ask for it. Overall, great people to work with, even the drama-filled unproductive ones, but there's not much in terms of moving up. Good for gaining experience, not good for the long-term, unless you're prepared to be making just enough for rent in the city or getting a second job."
