Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

What don't you like about working at Venda?
"The keyword here is Churn as employees and clients use a revolving door. Employees and clients that stay on-board face systemic issues and failed service delivery. As such, team and client morale are low as drama and red flag issues plague day to day activity. There is little to no consistency with what is said and what is delivered. US product roadmap is non-existent, UK product roadmap is a mess. Little to no growth potential unless you are on a work Visa from London."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Connect the dots, identify your strengths and weaknesses and deliver a service offering around your core competency (e.g. innovate with client needs in mind, not because your engineers think it's cool). Then, meet with your clients to learn more about the USA market as you are currently wearing rose tinted glasses in the EU. Increase the compensation structure of your existing USA team as a retention strategy as most are actively seeking new employment. My key recommendation is to put a - qualified and tenured - American in charge of the USA operation as it will build trust amongst employees, clients and partners as well as put a face on the USA organization."
