"I've worked at Venable for 3 years and it is a great place to work. They treat their employees with respect and do the best they can to accomodate your needs. The benefits are suprisingly generous and compenstion is actually either at or slightly above fair market value. I will note that this is for one of their mid-atlantic offices so experiences may vary at other offices."
