"I was brought in to correct problems on a contract evaluation where the company scored 25% out of 100 points. I was the boss and enjoyed that. I was also the supervisor for many Mexican Employees and I enjoyed that. With my leadership we imporved the rating to 98.8% in 3 months."

"The company eventually lost their contract, primarily for lack of follow-up to problems."

"I enjoyed my job, and knew what my mission was, but the corporation was hated by most of the employees."

"Pay attention to the complaints of the workers, and try to be user friiendly."

"freedom of how to do my job and control over it."

"as with any other company be relaxed and enjoy the conversation"

"when ownership changed it became rather remote and rather snobbish"

"start paying employees more and listen to their input more attentively"

What don't you like about working at FirstGroup America?
"Low pay, no overtime. I was working 70 hr. weeks despite supervising others. The vehicles were in very poor condition for what was needed. They required almost constant maintenance with very tight time frames."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Keep the fleet updated"
