"This company has held the contract in Kuwait for some time now and they have always won it because of their competitive bidding or under-bidding. Working in the SWACC is very strenuous. You work 12 hours shifts with one hour commute to work and one hour back from work. 5 days a week you end up working 70 hours a week, but only get paid for 56 of those hours. The management is extremely political to keep the Army leadership satisfied. This often leads to a miserable working condition for the employees. The SWAC is a concrete warehouse and very gloomy. To spend 12 hours a day sitting down when you are not allowed to be active or have a change of scenery bears down on the employees which is perhaps a reason there is such a high turnover at this location."
