"Nothing, I am a contractor and only exposed to certain parts of the agency. It is a state agency that I am a contractor for."

"That is hard to say because I am a contractor and not an actual state employee for VDOT"

"Too political, trying to get 60 work hours out of a mandated 40 hour work week. Too much class room/office time when one should be in the field."

"Needs to go paperless with laptop computers so a person can do their work in the field and report to the office at the same time."
