"For new employees there was a sink or swim mentality so if you didn't catch on quickly you couldn't survive in this face paced environment."

"Make it manditory that new employees be teamed up with someone who can mentor them through the process. Too many Project Engineers were left on an island without the proper training."

"Stagnate company no way to increase income even when I bring in new accounts my pay check stays the same looking to improve my situation and life."

"I would have a 5 year plan for the company. A vision on where I would like to see the company in 5 yrs, 10 yrs, 20 yrs, etc. Well trained employees (cross training). I would have well paid compensated forward thinking, proactive, organized employees."
