"The CEO stole compensation from every employee’s option and stockholdings for her own selfish benefit. They wanted to maintain a majority voting position over all stockholders, taking 35% of every employees stock and option grant stock giving those shares to her and her husband (Chairman of the Board). A particular Board Member is hostile, caustic and harasses employees of the company. Additionally, this board member is being sued by an employee of his former company, Tinder, for sexual harassment and assault. The Chief Legal Officer habitually attacked employees during conference calls, emails and personal calls. Several groups in the company have complained to HR and Compliance Departments about hostile working conditions and harassment. HR has refused to take any appropriate steps to correct these actions. Overall, the management of the company is fragmented in their decisions, habitually fosters hostile working conditions, and doesn’t care for their employees but rather their own personal financial gain."
