"I have been with Vari for a couple of years now and from the moment I step foot through their doors for an interview, it has been a breath of fresh air. Vari puts a lot of thought into their culture and employees and it has always been a pleasant working environment. With the company being relatively young it allows opportunity for growth and Vari does well in aiding employers who wish to take on new challenges. Vari has been voted one of the top places to work in DFW and continues to rise. C-levels and management are transparent and listens to employee’s needs. There is constant movement and change within the company which does not have the proper process or training the implement in a seamless way. This often causes frustrations amongst teams and it is being recognized by leaders. The company is working on developing better training and accessible resources for improvement and refinement."
