"Vape Mall is a great place to launch your sales career, but not to grow it. I was given opportunities to build my basic skill set and to be creative with lead generation plans. While the role itself allows you to bring in uncapped commission, issues with inventory and management make it difficult to reach your potential. After establishing long relationships with clients, I was eventually unable to fulfill orders due to lack of product and communication from higher-ups. Concerns that were voiced from the sales department went unheard, and many of us left due to lack of change. This company has potential, but needs to provide employees with the basic tools to succeed."
