"My boss started to micro manage everything which interfered with my management. I had previously had full control and he started taking some control and started to over rule and go behind my back to undermine the work I had done."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I wish Vanney Associates all the best and I hope that they will be around for years to come. It was time for me to move on any way. I only miss the friends that I made with my clients over the years."
