"I worked for Vanir for more than 13 years and found no company loyalty. The promotions were based on the buddy system and not on the basis of work product."
"Vanir is in business for the money. Employees are numbers at best. Promises, raises, bonuses, good benefits do NOT exist here. Turnover rate is through the roof with nearly 50% annually. On the positive side you are left alone. However this does nothing for your career or your future. Its a place to stop while you are looking for the "right" job."
