"Working at Vanguard was probably one of my favorite companies to work for. There is a real sense of family when working on the floor. I had some really talented people who were willing to teach me what I needed to know in order for me to move up. I did have to work a lot of hours but management was pretty flexible and accommodating given the workload. Even when I had to break it to the team that I would be moving back to the Mid-West they were very supportive."
