"I have worked for Vancouver Schools going on two years now. I love the staff I get to work with and the students most of all. I will say, certain employees or staff are not supported by the district and there is a lack of equality within positions that can make staff feel undervalued and ruins the moral of the job. There is also a lack of compensation for some positions."
