Senior Director of Operations

"I worked for vW for about 2.5 years. They are growing business, which sounds great, but they do not have the appropriate technology to keep up. There also were a large amount of financial decisions made that have made the company quite unprofitable, resulting in a multitude of layoffs over the past year. In my time, there were 4 presidents, and they are currently working on a fifth. It’s a volatile small business. I define my time there as fighting a fire with a garden hose."
