What don't you like about working at Van Tilburg, Banvard & Soderbergh?
"Lack of vision. The company is very top heavy and therefore very lax in promoting staff. They also are not interested in growing the staff or teaching them how to be better."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Update the software and systems used by the staff. Follow your own regualted procedures for promotions. Lead and care for your people and they will give you more than you are getting out of them currently."
