"think big and do not take no for an answer, thats the only way to make it anywhere now adays"

"I didnt like the fact that the boss had a physical dependence"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"just dont look down on someone that dosnt have little to none experience because they have the same if not more capabilites. keep an open mind about whom they choose and to have alil more compation towards the ppl instead of straight buisness"
