"Nurse/patient ratio"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop buying helicopters and give the floors the staffing ratios they need."

"I have enjpyed working for CHW, how ever the hospital was recently purchased by a new company and we are still undergoing the adjustment process."

"I am going on my 7th year with the hospital and I have worked in most of the units and I know the staff throughout the hospital. I enjoy this very much. Friendly, like home!"
