"The pay is good at $70-$85/hr. However, you have to buy your own health insurance, and no paid vacation, or 401k. The stability is terrible. But there are plenty of other contracts to keep you working if you are willing to move every 6 months or so.I would much prefer to be a Director at a full time permanent position. I continue to consult because it pays more cash than I could otherwise make, and for me, I need cash to pay bills."

"Careen growth is less, and the new knowledge gain also is less"

"Need to arrange sessions on new technology and new implementations etc"

"I enjoy the people I work with, and the many things I have learned from them while employed here."

"Even if you do know what you're talking about and can do your job well, it probably won't matter as there are other criteria more important here."

"I do have suggestions, but am not going to list them here as they would have no effect."

"It's not close to my family and I'm looking to move in east coast."

"Management is something that can be learned and I feel every manager should have creative leadership."
