"The only real downside to the company is the lack of growth. The work-life balance is great, benefits are as good as most, and the pay is only slightly lacking. If you're looking to advance your career in any way look elsewhere."

"Employees are treated like robots, not like human beings. 60-70 hour work weeks depending on the state of your district upon you receiving it. Management does not care about lower level employees. RM’s are supposed to help but my RM was always at home with his children when I had 4-8 properties down."

"Probably the worst managed company I've ever seen. They blame everyone else mentality is truly blossomed here and management takes no accountability ever. No company policies to be found that actually explain the jobs. "Other responsibilities" in the job ads allow them to basically intimidate you into whatever they want done. No room for real advancement, so don't let them sweet talk you into more responsibilities that are actually their job. They'll make up a fancy title so they don't have to be accountable and you will do their job for them. The pay is a joke unless you come across the hidden flat rates they actually will pay you. The responses of 3 to 4 extra dollars an hour for gas/maintenance/insurance (which by the way, your vehicle probably isn't covered since you are doing a business function) is quite humorous. I wouldn't expect someone who makes $200k a year to understand the rest of our costs. If you ask questions or actually try to get something such as a safety issue fixed, be ready for it to be swept under the rug in lieu of making money for the company. The customer is always right due to the mighty dollar. If you keep your head down and don't ask questions, you can make a few dollars doing some part time work. It's extremely labor intensive regardless of what they say since the customer is allowed to do whatever they want. Expect to be lifting 150+lbs or get a phone call about why you're not doing your job."
