"Communication is very much lacking from the top down. On top of that, we only get our schedules one week at a time, and often times won't know our schedule until a day in advance. The owners have stated that they don't enjoy, or have time to train new employees and expect them to pick up everything up on their own. It just seems like they don't really care about their employees."
