"Responsibility must be disseminated and decisions left to others. It is OK to be involved and know what is going on. It is entirely another for all management positions to have their hands tied and feel they cannot make a decision without checking with the owner, even on the smallest of details."

"The president over looks every aspect of the business and makes poor judgement calls in regards to how it is run"
