"Politely ask for nomination signatures, spout truisms about being there for the students yada yada, and then shut your mouth -- you'll be approved without issue"

What don't you like about working at UW-Washington County?

"Decision-making by committee makes creativity and innovation fall by the wayside due to being watered down; projects ultimately mean little to nothing, esp. for career exp."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Involve more students with planning the larger, more expensive events so that more graduates can be taken seriously"
