"I worked as a content developer at UWorld for several years. It is genuinely a good place to work with interesting tasks, great benefits, and friendly people. While I enjoyed the work and overall experience, leadership was not flexible on working from home and the pay raises were very minimal."

"NO ONE KNOWS WHAT TO DO - there is no structure. My manager has no knowledge, experience or education in content writing yet he guides the content writers. He has no clue what to do and just reacts to the loudest voice in the group. The loudest voices are usually the ones that are the most frustrated and least qualified for the job. The most qualified members of the team get silenced and pushed back into the corner because when they speak or ask questions, it reveals how much certain employees, including but not limited upper level employees - how lost they are. If we weren't all adults, we'd be way out of control."
