"This company is very well organized in the structure; however, sometimes the employees have no idea what other departments do. This problem is being addressed as HR is developing programs to help workers get involved with other departments. Recently it has been a great success however there is room to grow. The best part about this company is that they are very self-aware of their stance in the world. As well as they take the time to treat their employees as a member of the family."
