Since they are a privately owned company, they can focus more on long term goals instead of quarterly profits. This provides for a stable work environment. However, they are growing rapidly and experiencing some growing pains that sometimes do not allow them to recognize the issues within their established facilities as the focus is constantly on new acquisitions."
