"Do not work here. The pay might seem good but then and again only to good. Your being watched on the dashcam but the organization figured out how to outsource their employees. Do not go there."

"Starts out really good and the Supervisor is really nice and funny. The pay starts out better than Minimum wage and you do get continuous raises as long as you work hard. The tricky part to the January promotion is that when state wages go up your does go up too but when you look at the math you are only getting a 25 cent to 1.00 dollar increase. I started in August 2019 out at 14/hr after my training(60) days I got a dollar wage. I was like cool. Come January we were require to do the annual exam. Got a 2 dollar raise with two weeks at least I thought but then the guys that start now get 15 then up to 16 after their training. Im at 17 they are getting 16 per hour. So they make is look like you get a big raise but you do not. When it snow do not expect to work. You lose a days pay. They said there was bonus every year and I still have not received one. They make you rush to do tickets and coach you on safety when there is a damage because of the Supervisor. There is talk about going to USIC within the company. It is lower pay but no dash cam, no rushing per job, lots of overtime in the summer. Lose alot of money in the winter. They should figure a way locators to start out hourly as a trainee and the salary at Locator 1, 2, 3, 4 level techs. Trade in overtime toward the winters months. Here is a proposal for each tech based on training and years of service. Level 1 techs = 1- 6 months at 35,000 Level 2 techs = 6 - 12 months 45,000. Level 3 techs = 12 - 18 months 55,000 and Level 4 tech 18 - 24 months at a capped salary of 65,000. I'm married and expecting a baby boy and I would like to start out at 50,000 per year. That's a good starting pay. Rumor is USIC is changing their employees to salary from hourly because of to many turnovers because of bad weather. They cannot work. So the company is digging deep down in their heart to keep their employees at any means possible. Whats your opinion Utiliquest vs USIC. Who is better."
