"I hate working for a boss who believes in micromanaging, but is never around to do it, so that when she does come around, everything is an issue."

"Either be hands on or hands off, mixing the two is bad."

"be sure you know a good procedure for cleaning a virus off a computer; be ready to take care of people who don't want to change their password"

"angry customers, password reset season, not enough hours per week"

"It was an arrangement that was only meant to last around a year. I am an independent contractor that served as a consultant for UTD to help with analyzing their patent portfolio."

"I thought management was very supportive of me and so I do not really have any suggestions."
