"Working with NASA civil servants, assisting them in getting what they need to do their jobs. USRA holds contracts with NASA and working with NASA is a blast."

"Be sure its the job you want to do because you will be doing it for a long time...or until there is a layoff."

"No advancement. Employees stay in their positions for YEARS. I love to learn but the company does not encourage it or believe in internal advancement."

"Provide career path for employees by developing depth in the company. Morale is severely effected. Look at 'sick' rates."
